Welcome to the Prior Lake Amateur Baseball Fan Shop (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including the purchase of our custom-made apparel. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Custom-Made Products and Return Policy

All products sold by the Prior Lake Amateur Baseball Fan Shop are custom-made to order. Due to the nature of our items, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Please carefully review your order details before submitting your purchase.

2. Local Pickup and Order Fulfillment

We do not offer shipping services. All orders are available for local pickup only. Once your order is placed, it will typically be ready for pickup within 7-10 business days. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

3. Customization Policy

We do not offer product customization or accept customer-submitted designs. All products are pre-designed and sold as-is.

4. Payment Terms

We accept all major credit cards. Payment in full is required at the time of order placement. Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully completed.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled on the same day they are placed. To request a cancellation, you must email shop@priorlakebaseball.com before the end of the same business day.

6. Disclaimers

Due to the nature of custom printing processes, slight variations in color, design placement, or materials may occur. These differences are normal and do not qualify as defects.

7. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to process your order and communicate with you about your purchase. Your data will not be used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties, except as required to fulfill your order.

8. Sales Tax and Compliance

We operate exclusively in the state of Minnesota and comply with Minnesota state sales tax laws. Sales tax is collected on applicable items as required by law.
